Help Lora get elected!

      The campaign season will come to a conclusion shortly. While voting is a right guaranteed to us under the U.S. Constitution, your vote only counts if you exercise it on Nov. 4. Regardless of your political persuasion, please exercise your right to vote.

     Candidates are not elected to office without the faith, trust and confidence of voters. While it is my desire to serve the residents of Park County as their next Dist. 1 Commissioner, I realize I can't do it alone. The clock is ticking.

      You can help my candidacy, and here are some ways:

Campaign contributions are important and necessary

Political campaigning, even at the local level, is not cheap. I am running a lean, cost-effective campaign that will communicate the kind of information necessary to help voters make their own informed decisions.

If you would like to contribute to my campaign for District 1 Commissioner, your donation will be gladly accepted. Please note acceptance of a campaign contribution is not a promise of a future favor. Rather, a contribution to me is your investment in good government.

In Park County, we have several newspapers which print letters to the editor on a weekly basis. Now is the time to share your opinion and support with others. See “Useful Links” for newspaper websites.

Take the time to communicate your questions, concerns, and interests

As a candidate, I want to know what’s on your mind. I am working diligently to merit your support on Nov. 4. I will respond to emails and letters so you will know that I am available and accessible. My contact information can be found on the “Contact Lora” tab.

Invite me out for a cup of coffee; invite me to your group or organization meetings

I am happy to meet with people one-on-one or in group settings to talk about the important issues facing Park County. If your group or organization endorses political candidates, give me an opportunity to make a presentation so you can see where I stand on issues that are important to you.
